Shipping policy

All standard orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All Expedited Two-Day orders are shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS). 

All orders, regardless of shipping option, are shipped Monday-Friday excluding weekends. Delivery times exclude holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.

We do not refund original or return shipping charges. All shipping charges are considered non-refundable. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

PRICING

Lost/ Delayed Packages:
Jenny Park is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we possibly can to track it down, but claims should be placed with the carrier.
